Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (commonly referred to as the “GDPR”), users are entitled to the following rights:

Access: The right to confirm whether their personal data is being processed, to obtain details regarding such processing, and to request copies of the data (refer to Article 15 of the GDPR).
Rectification: The right to request the correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data (refer to Article 16 of the GDPR).
Erasure: The right to demand the immediate deletion of their personal data (refer to Article 17 of the GDPR). Alternatively, if further processing is required under the conditions of Article 17(3) of the GDPR, they can request restrictions on such processing in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR.
Data Portability: The right to receive a copy of their data in a structured, commonly used format and to have this data transmitted to another controller or processor where technically feasible (refer to Article 20 of the GDPR).
Complaint Filing: The right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if they believe their personal data is being processed unlawfully (refer to Article 77 of the GDPR).
